Pizza Anyone....?

Sunday, 29th January 2006.... it is a Lunar New Year Day of Chinese New Year day. It meant no school for children and no work for mom and dad. Just about mid-day, we planned to make our very own home made pizza.

Two children were enough to prepare the dough and dad just be the chief cook.

It took us fifteen minutes to prepare the dough and within minutes, our pizza was already into the oven. It looked like perfect and we just enjoyed our very own home made pizza... This process just sent a stop signal for Pizza Hut's future business...:-)

Later this week, we will plan to plant vege's and to fish for the week. Till then...
