Good Morning Awana

Perfect day for a ride .... Friday,12 May. It's a public holiday, Wesak Day for the Buddish. It was just another holiday for me.. Idzham made a promise to ride to Awana. Sharp 0730hrs, I reached Gombak Projet gas station. Had a cup of tea and to my surprise, 0815hrs, I had not seen Idzham's Fireblade nor Rujhan's F4. Was I on the wrong time and date? I was really confused. I could not reach Halim to get Idzham's mobile number. Azad was gearing for Kalumpang for family gathering... I really had to be home at 10:30 for an appointment with my home security company. At 0825hrs, I decided to do solo to Awana.

As my CBR roared Karak Highway, ( I avoided the Ulu Yam's road as I did not want to do solo through that route!), one familiar Fazer 1000 and Kawasaki Ninja waved at me on my CBR. I did not bother to catch them.. I think, it was the Fazer 1000 Idzham showed the picture in the past three weeks.

The ride was smooth. The road was clear. Very refreshing ride towards Genting and the highland moisture was very cooling. We (my CBR and me :-)) negotiated many corners, some were 'lipat maut' kind of corners, raised my hairs up... you know, "ithu vulu rhoma" ... very scary but overall, it was a pleasant solo ride with good views. Furthermore, I did not have to keep up with F4 or Fireblade! ..... Manyak laju itu motor ooo..!
